These terms govern the purchase of access to a personalized digital "desktop" for couples, offered by Loverdesktop for a one-time payment.
The price is shown in euros and includes applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. After completing payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access and personalize your desktop.
Under consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without justification. Since this is digital content activated immediately upon payment, this right may be limited once you begin using the service, in accordance with applicable regulations. For any refund request, please contact our support email.
You are responsible for content you upload to your desktop (photos, text, letters). You may not upload illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or offensive or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
We do our best to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or improve service features at any time.
Loverdesktop is not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend keeping your own copies of especially valuable content.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through the site itself or by email.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their domicile will apply under consumer protection regulations.
